Person-Centeredness: Need to Know More?

PATH Mtn and Lake.jpg

PATHs to PossAbilities has provided workshops on the topic of Person Centered Planning for many years now to many audiences!

Teaching family members, caregivers and service providers person-centered values, including compassion, dignity and respect, is essential when they are involved in supporting others. Teaching person-centred practices helps family members, caregivers and service providers discover and act upon what is important to the individual and what matters most to them in their lives.

Lori and Ruth are available to present Engaging and Informative Presentations about Person-Centered Thinking, Principles and PATH Planning.

"PATHs to PossAbilities is amazing!”

“The passion that both Lori and Ruth express when they are presenting for families and youth is contagious.  Lives are changed because both the parent and their adolescent child see the awesome possibilities for their future after using person-centered planning and having a PATH done."

"Working with Ruth and Lori is so delightful and encouraging! “

“They bring great wisdom from experience and teach in a way that reaches all listeners. They are open to questions and meet you where you are on this journey. I recommend them for individual sessions as well as group learning. Ruth and Lori are willing to adjust to your needs just as we hope others will adjust for the needs of individuals with varying abilities.”

“It is so important that people learn about Person Centered Principles and Planning."
